Welcome

• Bus Drop-off begins at 7:20 AM. Students will enter their assigned school building and go directly to their classroom or grade-level hallway. Breakfast is available in each school’s cafeteria.
   
• Car Drop-off begins at 7:25 AM. 

**No cars will be allowed to enter the Elementary Complex via Woodland Street**

All vehicles must enter the elementary school complex from Linden Street (either from Woodland St or from Washington St), travel behind the middle school via the access road, and proceed left to the first loop in front of Placentino for student drop-off. Staff will be available to assist students from vehicles and guide them safely into the building. Students will exit the driver's side of the car. Please see the map and video here.

Walkers and Cyclists will enter the Woodland campus from the entrance near Holliston Oil. If riding a bike, we ask for all students to dismount the bike when on school grounds and walk to the bike rack. 

• The first bell rings at 7:35 AM.
  All students must be in their classrooms by 7:40 AM.
   

Dismissal

For the safety and efficiency of our dismissal process, no vehicles will be permitted to enter the Placentino/Miller entrance or park on campus during dismissal. The entrance will be closed to all vehicles except school buses.

All car pick-ups must follow the designated pick-up loop procedure through the access road from Linden Street, as outlined below. 

Students designated as walkers must leave campus on foot/bicycle. Walkers will not be permitted to meet vehicles parked on school grounds. If you plan to pick your child up by car, you must use the official car pick-up line.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and orderly dismissal for all students.

• Bus Riders: Students are escorted by staff to their assigned buses. Buses depart at approximately 2:25 PM.
   
• Walkers (Grades 1–5): These students will meet in the Placentino lobby and will be walked by staff to the outfield of the Damigella Softball Field, where they may leave independently without adult accompaniment.
  ➤ Families must complete a Walker Release Form for their child to be dismissed this way as part of the annual student verification process in PowerSchool. A parent/guardian does not need to be present at the field.
   
• Parent/Guardian Pick-Up: This will take place in the same loop used for morning drop-off (in front of Placentino). Please follow the same route through the access road and have your QR code visible to staff for a quick and safe dismissal process.
   

Early Dismissal Policy

If your child needs to be dismissed early, please plan to pick them up before 1:45 PM.
We are unable to accommodate early dismissals after 1:45 PM, as we begin preparing for end-of-day transitions at that time.
