Miller School is seeking volunteers to supervise a “Library Lunch” option for students who are interested in reading in a quiet spot after they finish their lunch. We are seeking volunteers on the identified days below. Volunteers are needed from 10:30am-12:20pm.
Important Information for Volunteers:
We need 2 volunteers to supervise library lunch at a time.
Volunteers will greet the students in the cafe and walk them to the Miller Library.
Volunteers should monitor the lunchtime and be sure students are ready to go to class at the end of their scheduled time.
All volunteers must have an active CORI on file.

Laps at Lunch is a program that will provide Miller school students with an opportunity to move their bodies, connect with friends, and relieve stress during their lunch period on identified days beginning at the end of March.
This program is supported by the Miller School administration and the District Wellness Council, and to be successful, the program needs parent/guardian support! This is a fun way to volunteer and get involved with the school community!

Our food pantry theme this month is "We CAN Do It!". We are collected cans for the food pantry, particularly cans of Chef Boyardee because the pantry has identified this need. Our goal is to collect 200 cans and we'll share our progress weekly as we travel through March together!
Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation with bus procedures during recent inclement weather. We truly appreciate everyone’s efforts to help keep our morning arrival running safely and smoothly during challenging conditions.
As a small reminder, when the bus arrives at your stop, please help your child head to the bus as promptly as possible. There have been a few instances where buses have needed to wait while students remain in cars for extended periods of time. Getting students to the bus quickly helps our drivers stay on schedule and ensures that all students arrive at school on time.
